About Us

Michelle and James began their journey towards partnership in Implement Success in 2014. They quickly recognized shared values of learning, teaching and a drive towards self development that defines them both. Becoming allies in each others business happened quickly and both recognized the need to bring in the strengths of the other to build this transformative training program.

Implement Success is set up to engage small groups of individuals or teams in learning that transforms and equips them to get better results at work, at home and in their communities.  We do this by providing key tools and skills needed to problem solve, increase their emotional intelligence and create mutual benefit.  We have set programs and design  custom solutions as well.
